ACCOUNT SET-UP

Why set up an account?
Setting up an account allows you to shop at JMESales.com faster and easier. Your created account will automatically store your billing and shipping information for you, making it easy to update all contact information when necessary. This information will appear automatically when needed during the purchase and checkout process. There will no longer be a need to retype it each time you make a purchase! Your Order History will also be available at the touch of a button. If eligible for corporate volume discounts your company's special pricing will also be shown in your account.

How do I update my account information?
Go to the My Account link to view your account information. Here you can edit your contact information, email address, and password. Please make sure your profile information is always correct and up to date so we can contact you regarding your account if necessary.

ORDER INFORMATION

How can I check the status of an order?
If you'd like to check the status of any of your orders simply log in to your account via the My Account link and click the order you'd like to view the status of under the "Order History" heading.

Can I check to see if an item is in stock?
When you view a product on our website we show you the product availability with a "Usually Ships" number of days. Inventory availability changes rapidly however, so if you are concerned about availability or have an urgent situation, please contact a product specialist toll-free at 800-333-3331 for assistance prior to placing your online order.

Do you have a minimum order?
We have a $25 minimum order.

How can I establish credit?
If you're interested in establishing credit please download our credit application and once you have it filled out completely, fax it to 800-563-8848. Terms are 1%/NET 30 to approved accounts.


RETURNS

How can I return an item?
Return merchandise requires a "Return Goods Authorization" number assigned prior to shipment back to us. If you'd like to return an item please complete our RMA form.

When will I receive my credit?
Credit will be issued when goods are received & inspected by JME, or credit is received from manufacturer.
